The latest version of VCC can be downloaded here :

https://github.com/VCCE/VCC/releases

In the setup, you will find a link in your Start/Programs/VCC 201 menu for a "Welcome To VCC" manual in PDF format.
This manual contains all the information you need, plus a full key map for each of the keyboard modes.

 
We hope to be expanding the manual soon to include more setup info.
