[Coco] Coco History

A very special thank you goes out to Boisy Pitre and Bill Loguidice for 
their incredible book, "Coco - The Colorful History of Tandy's Underdog 
Computer".  I just finished my second reading of this gem, and realized how 
close we came to not knowing this incredible history.  Thank you guys for 
going to all the work to pull this history together for the rest of us, and 
then publishing the information in a fun to read book.
