[Coco] Developing for cocos on windows

I tried it  (looked promising),  bought it, and finally never used it :(

initially it was crippled by bugs...

then it was so "heavy" to load and so uneasy to use that finally I 
abandoned...

it was more that a year ago,  I hope the product has evolved...
