[Coco] CoCo SDC disaster!

My SDC did something very similar.  I'm not sure what i did to make it work
again.  It happened when i plugged the sdc into my coco2. I just assumed my
coco2 was on the fritz, or my card edges where dirty.  I hope it comes back
to life for you.
