[Coco] Sharing addresses $f6x and $ff7x on MPI?

That depends, as it stands now with a Tandy Multi-Pak, no.

Aside from that you could:
Modify the cartridge in question to use an address from FF40-FF5F and honor the SCS line. Of course this might mean rewriting the driver.
Modify the Multi-Pak to tristate the data bus when those address are selected by default except when the slot is selected. Of course again this might mean rewriting the driver.
Modify the cartridge in require a special sequence to be written to the address before read access is allowed which unique to that cartridge. This would definitely mean rewriting the driver.
Modify something else...
