[Coco] Printing from Disk Extended Color Basic (via Drivewire)

Ron,

I have written an ml routine for a Coco3 only which will redirect LLIST and 
PRINT #-2 to the Drivewire printer. I'd be happy to send you a disk image with 
the program if that is all you need.

However, if you want to print directories of Disk Basic disks using a redirected 
DIR command, this program will not help and I don't see a good way to make that 
happen.
