[Coco] Kip's Single Board Computer

If I had an IC and support stuff I would try this myself.  I actually
ordered some 6809s...   But they are coming from china but the tracking
number shows it is at least in the US now so hopefully soon.  And will look
at the data sheet and stuff over the weekend and order whatever else I need
to breadboard this.  So in a week or so I might be able to help out.
