[Coco] FPGA 6809

[Dave Philipsen]

What is it reserved for?  If it is reserved, why does NitrOS9 let me 
create and manipulate files with the '-' in them (with the exception of 
course of the DUMP command)?  Is this just a bug that needs to be 
squashed in the future?
