[Coco] MC6847 VGA (FPGA) Project underway...

That’s definitely something I’ve been thinking about Louis.

I’d like to duplicate the SAM next, and at that point, possibly design a CoCo2 Plus.
After that, I’m hoping to work on a GIME replacement, paving the way for the so far
mythical CoCo4.  :)
