[Coco] MC6847 VGA (FPGA) Project underway...

[Zippster]

We make a good team.  :)  I’m looking forward to making some
real progress on these!

It should be on it’s way Monday along with a programming setup.
I’m going to get started on a board suitable for release.  I really think 
this prototype will serve for code development.  Seems plenty stable, 
and we have enough test points and debug pins.
