[Coco] 68764/68766 EPROMs

They are intended to let you install Extended BASIC in CoCo 1/2 machines
that have only Color BASIC.  Typically, CoCo 1 and 2 machines have 2
ROM sockets on the motherboard for the two BASIC ROMs.

A standard machine would have been sold with Color BASIC in one socket
(or soldered to the mb), and an open socket for the upgrade to Extended BASIC.
