Hmm. Google's "Content-ID" strikes again. I guess. It's easy to be
angry about this, but software is hard.

It's not all doom-and-gloom, though. I just read Google hand pick a
set of videos that got take down notices, but it considers "fair-use".
They will kept them up, and said if anyone wants them removed they
will have to prove infringement in court (on Google's dime).

This should reduce fraudulent take down notices.
