[Coco] MC6847 External ROM - REV 02

Hey everybody,

I got some PCBs back from OSH Park today and put one together (mostly).
Unfortunately I didn’t have the right size DIP switches or resistor SIPs on hand,
but you can get the idea from the pics here on my Google Drive.
