[Coco] Drivewire/Superdriver feature request, and questions

I'll have to download a copy of linux and install it, the only computer I
have internet access with is a laptop with win 8.1, and win8.1 will not
allow linux to install in it. is the DD program part of linux or does it
have to be downloaded separately?
