[Coco] disk image software question

Drivewire images are just raw sector data, as such they have no particular
format.  By default they are expanded as requested by the coco, so you can
just create a blank file any way you'd like, in Windows right click and
New, Text file works fine.  You will want to format the disk using DECB or
OS9 depending on intended use after inserting it.
