[Coco] CoCo 3 RGB to SCART video, then converted to HDMI

I'm using several video converters, it is clear that the SCART video converter (HD Video Converter)
Gives me the best result, but it is also clear that if the video is not bad,
There are many deficiencies, especially in NTSC (PAL is relatively good)

Btw, I've not found the universal converter

- HD Video Converter (good result with commodore, coco 2, bad with Apple II)
- HDMI Converter (good result with Apple II NTSC, barely acceptable with anything else)
- HD Video Gamebox (good result with commodore, bad with anything else I tested)
- GBS 8220 (good quality when applicable tried coco 2 ypbpr very crips images, very bad colors)

For my coco3, I'm building Luis Interface... :)

Buying from different vendor is biting the bullet. There are dozens of cloned products and they don't offer the very same functionality. It might not accept coco3 signal for example.
