Hi Kip, do you have more info on the Z80 CP/M device online? Is this similar to Grant's CP/M computer? Thanks, Salvador

Hi Brian,
I still only have one official entry for the Dartmouth Time Share
System Simulator Basic Programming Contest.
If I don't receive any more entries,
the contest will default to that one entry automatically of course. I think I
should still show the program entry though.
In view of that possibly
happening, I was thinking of showing my Multicomp FPGA SBCs instead. I have
6809, 6502 and Z80 Based Multicomps. The 6809 and 6502 run a Basic Interpreter
and the Z80 runs either a Basic Interpreter from rom, or CP/M 2.2, CP/M 3.0 or
MP/M II v2.1 from an SD Card. It is really quite impressive. All cpus run at
25MHZ. The 6809 and 6502 use 56KB of the 512KB SRAM chip and the Z80 can use
more of the 512KB SRAM chip depending on which OS is used. Cubix has been
altered to run on the 6809 Multicomp, but I have not been able to get it to run
yet. I think there is a DOS65 running on the ECB 6x0x ATX VME Eurocard 6U SBC
from N8VEM with a 6502 cpu, but to my knowledge it has not been ported to the
6502 Multicomp yet.
I also wanted to demo BASIC running on some other
platforms, but I have not got them running yet on the Teeny 3.1 and my Chinese
version of the UNO died.
I'll be bringing my Altair 8800 full of hardware
though it does not run yet. Tony wants to show it alongside his Altair 8800
Clone kit. I have a specialized S-100 style computer that I'm thinking of
bringing.
I also want to show the Kipper SBC and 512KB Static Ram Memory
Board. I think I'll stop there for now. If you need me to fill other time
slots, just let me know and I'll step up to help. Take care my friend.
