[Coco] Kipper SBC v1 Update

Hi Joe,
I've got a friend going over the design now.  I will see if the 5 pin header for a TTL - USB cable is easy to add.  I need to get a pin out for the TTL end of the cable or find one with separate female headers on each wire.
