[Coco] 1mb and 2mb memory upgrades

Though the Cloud9 Superboard is supposed include a large memory upgrade.

Mark - if your listening it might be time for a yearly update. People are
asking for features your product has !  ;) (and no I'm not trying to start
a war!)
