[Coco] coco 1 and tdp-100 composite video drivers

Hi Josh,

I’ll draw up one that plugs into the 6847 socket for these machines.  
Maybe I can get it done this weekend.

Send me that CoCo2 like we were talking about, I can put a board in it any time for
you.  Make it one that uses the A type, the B&W mode should help with reading text.
