[Coco] Kipper SBC v1 Update

Hi Fellow 6809 Enthusiasts!

I have now added the !RTS Modification to Kipper SBC v1.  To do so a 0.1"
increase in size on one side was necessary so the PCB is now 2.95" x 3.04".

Feel free to scrutinize.  Do let me know if you see any potential problems
