[Coco] Coco2 heads up

Being a Tandy branded CoCo2 isn't as important as the model number and 
country of manufacture.

The one Joe alluded to is the 26-3127B, made in both Korea and the US. 
The Korean model had the 6847T1 would could give true lowercase text on 
a CoCo 2 - though some American B models have been rumored to have the 
same VDG. Does not apply to the CoCo 3 in any way.
