[Coco] My new text editor for DECB

Thanks Stephen!

It would be a nice editor to edit Forth source with.  Maybe we could
mod ColorForth and replace "KEY" with a "input stack", then one could
load forth code from regular DECB files.  Now that I've done ccedit, I
realize interfacing to DECB's filesystem code is fairly easy.
