Hmmm, I think you are referring to LINK.BAS. At least that's what it was called 
in the original RGBDOS package with Ken-Ton drive systems. The program does not 
seem to be in the Toolshed package nor did I see it on the Cloud-9 site.

I can send you the original version which ought to work with HDBDOS and Drivewire.
