[Coco] Loading via cassette interface

For those interested, there's this Android app, tapDancer, that supports a
wide range of systems. I'm not sure if Tapdancer support is possible for
the CoCo, but it would be pretty cool to figure a way to do it. There are
of course platform-specific apps like this as well, like Speecy Tape on iOS
for the ZX Spectrum.

As was stated, some of the platforms with non-standard cassette interfaces,
like the C-64, have little hardware dongles that take care of the interface
issue.
