[Coco] Tl866 Eprom Programmer

I was amazed with all the chip support. I didn’t realize it was so big.  I ended up taking it apart to see the board, and I see every pin has a fuse for control to the either micro controller or FPGA (whichever it uses). The software for it seems to use it to a full extent.
