[Coco] DE-0 Nano Successfully Programmed!

Hi Steve,
I really don't like to be the bearer of bad news, BUT one more snag is apparent. I've ordered a vacuum desoldering gun that hopefully will be here next week to fix it. The soldering of the female connectors back to back did not work, at least for me. I know of one individual that said he does it all the time. He must have better eyes than me. I'm going to have to get one of those big magnifying lamps! I buggered up a few connectors trying to figure it all out. I have been in touch with a few experts on this list regarding desoldering multi-pin parts and one of them said that he has had great success with a vacuum desoldering gun that I have been having my eye on for a short time now. It turned out the one I was considering was the very one he bought so that gives me great confidence that this gun will work for me as well. This emergency has forced me to move up my time table of ordering one to getting one now so I just did. I will be removing all the male headers and soldering female headers in their place on each and every PCB. That will be 22 female headers to desolder and 22 male headers to solder in their place. Man, my lessons learned document on this project is going to be huge! Ugh! I'll be testing each board as I update them so I will be mailing boards out as they get done. <sign> I am so wanting this to be over as much as you all want your boards in hand to use. I too want to continue working on my other projects as well. Keep me in your prayers guys. I sure do need it. I don't think it will be much longer now. Thanks you also for bearing with me.
