I still saw the DOS command on the DECB screen. The clear screen and "nitros9 booting" never took place. If this runs in an emulator configured as a Coco 1, then something is wrong. I think I have a Coco 2 that is upgraded to 6309. I'll try a coco2_6309 dsk file on that machine and let you know.
Hmm, what I said was that if you are running from *disk* you can use
the coco2 images on your coco1. Have you read all my e-mails in this
thread? The difference between coco1 and coco2 builds is exactly in
the DriveWire baud rate, coco1 hardware doesn't run so well or not at
all at the normal coco2 baud rate. The setting in the DW4 server must
reflect the baud rate. So if you have upgraded the bit-banger op-amp
on your CoCo1 so that it can run at CoCo2 speed (57600 baud) you must
choose CoCo2 in the DW4 wizard.
Do you have a disk drive you can use with your CoCo1?
