[Coco] CoCoSDC Questions...

Does anyone know if there is info on the CoCoSDC on the following?

1) Can the disk image files (.DSK) be accessed from the PC without loading up an emulator or transfer program to retrieve or store in the image?
2) Can the CoCo move files between the disk images and the file system on the SD card?

I'm wanting to know if this can be done without other software...any info on accessing the CoCoSDC from both systems would be very useful.
