You can also make your own conductive glue that could be used to span cracks and breaks or even glue to wire to jumper large sections.
I found this idea on a robotics forum:
File some plumber's solder (silver-bearing without lead or rosin) into nice little pile then mix with wood glue (e.g. Titebond II).  Use a relatively high volume of solder powder (1:1 by volume).  You can ohm-meter your mixture to ensure low resistance - add more solder if necessary.  

I have not tried thinning the mixture but the wood glue is water soluble.

I used a CircuitWriter silver conductive pen that I picked up at Fry’s, not one of those carbon based ones.
