[Coco] sdc issue

As a side note, VCC will create several different types of blank disk images.
Just do the same as loading an image, click "cartridge/FD-502 Drive x" and navigate to the dir you want the disk in, then just type the disk name into the cmd line. Don't forget the ".dsk" extension as VCC does not add it. A pop-up will appear where you choose the disk type (JVC, DMK, VDK), size and number of sides.
It's best to use the "JVC" type as it's the most compatible with Coco emulators. The JVC image will have a 2 byte header which makes it "un-writable" in DriveWire4 (but it will read, not sure about SDC). To make it writable in DW4, just use a hex editor and remove the first 2 bytes (header) and DW4 sees it as a "raw" disk image. The 2 byte header IS also needed for XRoar.

This does NOT work in the VHD mount section! The VHD mount will not create new images.

Also, these disk images will have to be formatted.

You can download blank disk images from the color computer archive.

Then, as Ed
pointed out, you can make as many copies of that blank disk as
you want and
copy your files to them.

I've emailed you the direct link.
