[Coco] Toolshed and RS-DOS filenames with spaces.

I haven't been able to submit to the NOS9 repo bug report either (haven't tried toolshed). I think something got messed up a while back when SF made some changes. It needs to be checked. You can however submit to the "discussions" area. That's where I've been going, but there seems to be little response to posts there.

I looked at the existing bug list on Sourceforge, but couldn't figure out how to 
submit one. Do I need special access?
