[Coco] os9.exe -> osk.exe

Allen,

That is good news for sure :D
Toolshed's os9 utility is one of the handiest things I have used for my
CoCo.  Till you asked the question earlier I hadn't even thought of using
it on my MM/1 backup.  Thats when I decided to test it and found out that
it did work.

I then of course went and wanted to find the max formatted sectors I could
format and still keep cluster size of 1. :D
