Nick,
I have a copy of Icon Basic09. I bought it back in the early '90's, based on the Rainbow ad. It looked really interesting. Basically, it's still Basic09, it just provides a menu of icons representing different Basic09 commands that you can select from using your mouse instead of typing the commands into a text editor. I tried it out, looks kinda cool, but I found it easier & faster just to type in the commands the old fashioned way, so I stopped using it. I still have the copy though.
