[Coco] Ongoing SDC and MPI Conflict

Okay folks, everybody seems to have the SDC working with their multipaks 
under nitros9 except for me.

I installed everything per Aarons instructions (Thank you Aaron for 
posting the nice docs) and built the level2 coco3 stuff and when I tried 
to boot in nitros9 it just hangs at the prompt with no prompt visible as 
it always has done for me... in fact the prompt character never shows up 
during the boot process.

Thinking it was my build, I tried it with the current (updated) nightly 
build and had the same results.

I've tried it in every slot alone and in combination with my disk 
controller and it simply does not work with my MPI with nitros9.  Works 
fine with the multipak and the disk controller in RSDOS.

The MPI is a 26-3124.

Any thoughts, ideas, suggestions, curse words, etc., are appreciated.
