This jump table was inherited from RGB Computer Systems' RGBDOS and is specific 
to RGBDOS/HDBDOS. It permits easy user access to some HDBDOS specific command 
routines. When I wrote a RAM disk routine (which I thought was on the Cloud-9 
site), I needed to use this jump table.
