[Coco] LWTools & Nitros9 Build

I expect it to be inspected to the nines (canadian slang) It is still going on Level 1 Dragon right now.  I expect this to go all night, since I am doing this on a Raspberry Pi. Still haven’t gotten a stable Linux on a laptop. Oh, it just kicked into Level 2.
