[Coco] LWTools & Nitros9 Build

Aaron, if you do update the wiki, please include "specific" instructions on setting up a 64-bit environment.
Everytime I've tried, something is missing and the system fails.
And please list (step-by-step) of what packages to install (saying "install mingw" doesn't get it).
Also, the "new" MinGW setup is different and I can't for the life of me, find the shortcut for the term console that setup claims it put on my desktop, nor can I find the actual application for the term window in the whole MinGW folder. I've seen several complaints on this fact in the MinGW forums.
I have been reverting back to an older 32-bit release of MinGW and 32-bit Mercurial but according to my latest install of this system (this week), even that is failing. I get errors in the Nitros9 build process that was working with the same mingw & mercurial versions 3 months ago.

still figuring this out, but getting there.

I setup a windows build environment for NitrOS9 using mingw/msys
today, things have changed a bit since the instructions on the wiki
were written. I'll try to update them. It still works fine (though a
bit slowly :) once setup.
