Ah, now I understand where you were coming from. The
hdbdos-toolshed-2.1.zip contains, in addition to the binaries, also
the hdbdos.asm source. But there is no mention that this code is not
enough to build the binaries. Lack of documentation... I guess the
next time we should remove the source file from that zip and explain
it is built from the toolshed tree.
