That looks an awful lot like the X-Tronic 4040, but at $80 its a decent

That is the same scope I just bought but with a slightly larger display.  
Before you commit, make sure their site has update firmware available.

I didn't, its a tad buggy, and while all of these are actually made in 
the same Chinese factory and sold under at least a dozen brand names, the 
update that should install from another sellers site, will not as its usb 
disk system is msdos, not vfat, and I haven't been successful at 
reformatting a 2Gb usb key that it will recognize.  The updated firmware 
I have, but it doesn't recognize the long filenames vfat allows.

Doesn't mean i can't use it as is. But its not as intuitive to run 
correctly as it could be.  The Chinglish manual could stand some work 
too.
