[Coco] DW and Error 221

It's the most common dw4 problem when people try to use the virtual ports. They assume dw is all in "rbdw" and "dwio", but the scf based virtual ports are driven by "scdwv" & "scdwp" along with the "/Nx" & "/p" descriptors respectively (p being the virtual printer driver)
Since the DW functions in my MShell project require these modules, it's the first question I ask when someone has a dw problem in running MShell.
Most people don't know what they are, so they leave them out... I did as well until I found out what they were capable of and started writing software that uses them :-)

Thank you, Bill.

Yes, those modules are already installed in the stock release. But they are
commented out in the standard.bl and when I added the SDC drivers I was
inadvertently removing the required modules for dw from the os9boot every
single time. I wonder how long that mobius strip of bad logic would have
lasted if not for your intervention! Thanks a bunch.
