[Coco] Drivewire 4 & printing

Many DW features are currently only available in NitrOS9, printing is one
of those. I'll try to improve the docs to make that more clear. Back when
I put things together I had hoped that BASIC support for these things was
right around the corner. They are still a work in progress after some time
so I should reflect that in the docs.
You can use the library tool to look at the contents of your disk image, it
can detokenize basic programs into plain text. You can copy and paste that
into your word processor or text editor and then use modern printing.
