The Rainbow on Tape / Disk Project has entered the Beta phase.

There are some file names that will be changed and the final check will be done. All files appear to be present.

I realize that one site has files only thus a PDF of the web page start is included.

When the project is accepted by the Internet Archive (After any changes they request have been done) the project will enter the RTM status. (RTM - Released to Manufacturing) 

Thanks to everything who has helped. 

After the snow melts it is hoped that another edition will be able to be made. The Internet Archive has different visitors so others may be able to add to the collection, the "CoCoList for Color Computer Enthusiasts" and the Facebook group have been asked several times.
