[Coco] more on nitros9l2 artifacting

CITYBOOT.DSK + montype c = red sky in the City
CITYBOOT.DSK + montype r = red sky (on tv of course!)

The montype command and the vdgint kernel module are stock
tandy/MW binaries according to the CRCs.

So OS9 version and monitor type setting have no effect on the game.
