[Coco] Who worked on the coco3dw1 implementation for MESS?

Sorry for the confusion here; in this message I was responding to the question
from Robert Hermanek.  He got stuck on some basic usage issues.

Your problem with OS-9 VHDs is a much more sophisticated use case; I'll
discuss that with you off the list.
