Fred, the "dw" cmand requires the "scdwv" driver, "/N" & at least one or two of the "/Nx" descriptorsto work. It used the dw scf driver and the "/Xx" uses the rbf driver.

Subject: [Coco] Problem with dw command

Hello all,
The documentation with Drivewire 4 indicates you can use the 'dw' command from
within NitrOS9 on the Coco to send commands to the server, which in my case is
running on an old Pentium 4 computer running Linux Peppermint.
The 'dw' command is in /dd/cmds directory, and the link to the server looks
good. From a NitrOS9 command prompt on the Coco I can do a 'dir /x0' and I get a
directory listing of a virtual disk loaded onto the server without any problems.

However, all attempts to invoke the 'dw' command from within NitrOS9 on the Coco
get an "ERROR #221 - Module Not Found" error. I have no idea what module the
system is looking for. It can't be 'dw', it's in the /dd/cmds directory. Below
is a list of all the modules I currently have in memory on the Coco:
REL Boot Krn KrnP2 IOMan Init RBF
rbdw dwio X0 X1 RBSuper lltc3 DD
rb1773 D0 D1 SCF VTIO KeyDrv SndDrv
JoyDrv CoWin Term scbbt T1 scdwp p
PipeMan Piper Pipe Clock Clock2 GrfDrv
Shell Date DeIniz Echo Iniz Link Load
Save Unlink Attr Build Copy Del Deldir
Dir Display List MakDir MDir Merge
Mfree Procs Rename TMode Brnout

Any ideas?
Thanks,Fred ProvonchaStansbury Park, UT
