The simplest solution for those running RGBDOS or HDBDOS is to have an 
AUTOEXEC.BAS file that includes the command RGB. Since AUTOEXEC.BAS runs 
automatically on a cold boot, getting the RGB palette colors will be automatic.

If you are not using these DOS, either type RGB[ENTER] at turn on or add it as a 
command to frequently used programs.
