[Coco] Promoting the CoCoFEST! on craigslist

I forget the date, ~ Feb 15 perhaps just before the CoCo3 started to be sold that I attended the Rainbow Fest in Palo Alto. 

I remember going to a Radio Shack first asking about the CoCo3 and getting blank stares. 

That Rainbow Fest is needed very desperately to be repeated again right now.

Silicon Valley is in the fourth year of a drought.
