[Coco] total madness

Hey guys....

I took my 2 voice player to the netherworld here... it's *brain* is down to
58 bytes....

the tune was cooked by my 1bit musician friend UTZ from the ZX SPECTRUM
SCENE....

the whole shebang is around 1k on a 4k machine.... 

the noteplayer is being called every 340 odd cycles and the sequencer once
every vsync....

so i can play music and do stuff at the same time...
