[Coco] VSS colors don't work in Windows 8.1

I liked the Jeff Vavasour's emulator. But nowadays I would need a good DOS
emulator to use it. If I emulate anything on the Color it would be a nice
"Inception" hack. :-)

I don't use emulators anymore, but I used Mess on a Mac. VCC was clean and
lightweight.
